At da capo, all of our teachers are carefully selected and most have worked or are currently working professionally within the industry and have a love of the discipline that they teach. As many of our teachers still work within the industry they may leave us for short periods of time when an alternative tutor will take the class. Learning from a variety of teachers gives students the opportunity to experience different techniques and teaching methods, preparing them well for the variety of styles needed for auditions and professional work.

A strong emphasis is placed on meeting the needs of the students and helping their confidence to grow. We ensure that each tutor teaches the relevant syllabus whilst building students' confidence and encouraging an open and friendly teaching environment. No student is made to feel out of place simply for asking 'how' or 'why'; an inquisitive mind helps the learning process.
